What we offer
Cleaning services made for real Tampa homes
Pick what your home needs today — from a quick refresh to a full deep clean. Every visit follows the same careful checklist, whether it's your first time or your fiftieth.
Deep Cleaning
A top-to-bottom reset that reaches baseboards, vents, behind appliances and every spot that regular cleaning doesn't touch. Perfect for a seasonal refresh.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Dust, debris and residue removed after a renovation or build, so your freshly finished space is truly move-in ready — not just visually clean.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
An empty-home deep clean that helps you settle into a truly fresh start, or leave your old place spotless for its next chapter — and its deposit.
Bathroom Cleaning
Tile, grout, glass and fixtures scrubbed and sanitized until every surface shines — the detail work most people skip, done right.
Kitchen Cleaning
Counters, cabinets, appliance exteriors and floors degreased and disinfected — the heart of the home, treated like it deserves.
Extras
Add a little extra love to any cleaning:
- Fridge cleaning
- Oven cleaning
- Outdoor area cleaning

What Tampa families are saying
"Came home to a house that smelled like nothing at all — just clean. That's exactly what I wanted after moving in with two dogs and a toddler. Bruno and his team even got the baseboards, which nobody ever does."
"Honestly didn't expect to be this picky about a cleaning service, but here we are — I only want Schons now. They text before they arrive, they're quick, and my kitchen counters have never been this shiny."
"We hired them for a post-construction clean after our bathroom remodel and I was floored. Dust in places I didn't even know existed, all gone. Booked them for monthly visits on the spot."
"They asked what products I was okay with before touching anything, which I really appreciated with a newborn in the house. Gentle, thorough, and just genuinely nice people to have around."
"Move-out cleaning saved my security deposit, no joke. Landlord walked through and had literally nothing to point at. Worth every penny and then some."

About us
Two people, one mop, and a lot of heart
We're Bruno and Daniele — a Brazilian couple who moved to Tampa with a simple idea: treat every home we clean like it's our own. For almost 5 years now, that idea has grown into Schons Cleaning, a small, family-run business built on trust, consistency, and genuine care.
We show up ourselves, we train our team ourselves, and we still get personally excited every time a client tells us their home finally feels like it can breathe again. That's the whole point — bringing a little more freshness and peace of mind into the everyday lives of the families we work with.
No call centers, no franchises, no strangers you've never met. Just two people who genuinely love what they do, and a team we trust just as much as we trust each other.
